The meeting of the Davison Township Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:02 p.m. via Zoom. The board proceeded through standard procedural items, including the adoption of the agenda and approval of the previous month's minutes.

The session focused heavily on financial oversight, with the Treasurer presenting revenue figures and the Supervisor presenting expenditure reports for the period of February 4 through March 4, 2021. Departmental reports followed, covering updates on public office availability, upcoming elections, park improvements (including lighting and roofing), and building permits. • Public Access: Township offices are scheduled to reopen to the public on March 22, 2021.
• Veterans Park: An Eagle statue has arrived and is scheduled for placement this spring.
• Infrastructure & Parks: Updates were provided regarding lighting at the Soper Center, roofing for the Karen Miller Event Center, and upcoming Easter Egg Hunts.
• Building/Zoning: Reports were noted regarding permits and pump stations.

• Agenda Adoption: Motion by Miller, seconded by Green; carried unanimously.
• Minutes Approval: Motion by Karr, seconded by Tallman, to approve the February 8, 2021, regular board meeting minutes; carried unanimously.
• Treasurer’s Report Approval: Motion by Slezak, seconded by Miller, to approve the February 2021 Treasurer’s Report; carried unanimously.
• Expenditure Approval: Motion by Miller, seconded by Green, to approve Board Expenditures from February 4, 2021, through March 4, 2021.

• Jim Morey: Indicated he was not receiving township updates and requested to be added to the distribution list.
