• Dash Cam Funding: The total cost for the 8 dash cams is $35,000. Because the department was $14,000 under budget for this line item, the board approved a budget amendment of $21,000.
• Service Reimbursement: For the Consumers Energy detail, the township will bill the company for all applicable overtime and benefits.

• Police Budget Amendment (Dash Cams): Motion by Karr, seconded by Miller to amend the 2018-2019 Police Budget by $21,000 for the purchase and installation of dash cams. Carried (Roll call: Yes – Miller, Elkins, Karr).
